Venue Solutions (venuesolutions.ie) provides a managed Wi-Fi and guest marketing platform for hospitality and retail venues in Ireland. These terms apply to the venue owner or business subscribing to the service.
Your subscription includes network monitoring, the branded guest Wi-Fi portal, and the marketing platform (WhatsApp, SMS and email campaigns). The specific features available depend on the plan you have selected.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Message credits are deducted as messages are sent; additional credits can be purchased at any time. There are no setup fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.
Where Venue Solutions supplies and installs networking hardware, that hardware remains the property of Venue Solutions unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement. If you cancel the service, we reserve the right to recover installed hardware. Hardware quotes are provided separately and are not included in the monthly subscription price.
You, as the venue operator, are the data controller for guest personal data collected through your Wi-Fi portal. Venue Solutions acts as a data processor on your behalf. We process guest data only to deliver the service and will never use it for our own marketing purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your guests are informed of how their data is used and for maintaining a lawful basis for marketing communications. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
You agree not to use the platform to send unsolicited messages to guests who have not consented, to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or to attempt to circumvent the opt-out mechanism. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms without notice.
Venue Solutions is not liable for any loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or from temporary service unavailability. Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in that month.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be carried out with reasonable notice where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
